There is so much to learn about sound and tone in words, what we choose to affect our expression and how it is perceived, what you absorb into your unconscious mind when you are growing up, and who you look up to as your role models. We also pass this on to our children and create our own situations without understanding why. Body language is very important, as is looking at and understanding yourself and others.
Our minds can not define fact and fiction.

“Knowledge is power”
The conscious & subconscious mind works in unison with our body and soul. We store the memories and experiences that we have had from birth to adulthood. We learn through our family and role models who create our beliefs patterns and also behaviours that can be very different for everyone. If one area of our life is out of balance this can affect other parts of our day-to-day flow and experiences leading to our unhappiness and helpless feeling .
If we peel back some layers to see what our inner thoughts and beliefs are we will find links in our life today that may or may not be serving us.
This can create an overwhelmed feeling, I’m not enough, fear of change, and lack of certainty just to mention some.
