Time Line Therapy®

Time Line Therapy® is an effective procedure that surges negative emotions in the unconscious mind, eg anger, sadness, Fear, Hurt, and Guilt. These emotions can be linked to events that may have been carried into our present moment, which can affect our decision-making and how we perceive or react to situations in all aspects of our lives, being inquisitive to see any deep-rooted beliefs we have often exhibited unconsciously.

Time Line Therapy® (TLT) History

Tad James developed Time Line Therapy®.

Tad was originally from Washington, DC, and did a PhD in the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. In 1991, he began to study neurolinguistic programming therapy and then developed Time Line Therapy®. This therapy has been used in war-torn areas to help alleviate symptoms of posttraumatic stress in people living in those regions.

James founded the company in 1992, but sadly, he passed away on 14th April 2021. Tad’s wife, Adriana James, is a certified trainer, has a master’s in NLP and TLT alongside hypnotherapy, and continues in the teacher-trainer business today.

In Time Line Therapy®, we part ways with traditional psychology in that we adopt a more quantum approach. We consider the whole body’s neurology involved in this experience and storage of emotions, not only in the brain; they are stored in every cell of the body. This affects the flow of energy through our body as cells communicate.

The fields of quantum biology and epigenetics, made famous by biologist Dr. Bruse Lipton, who demonstrated the connection between the internal environment,  our beliefs, the expression of genes, and our DNA.
